Avocado Tatar

Avocado Tatar is served well chilled as an antipasti and is easy to prepare. For the avocado tatar cut red peppers into small cubes and fill into a bowl. Peel salad cucumber, remove seeds, cut into small cubes and add to paprika. Cut leek onions into fine rings and mix in. Peel garlic, press through the garlic press and add. Mix olive oil and lemon juice with the tartare and season with pepper from the mill, salt and chilli flakes. Cut the avocado into small cubes at the end and mix immediately with the tartare so that the avocado does not brown in the air. Place a dessert ring on each small plate, spread the avocado tatar in it and press lightly. Remove the ring and put the avocado tartar in the fridge until serving.
