Pork fillet with aioli

For pork fillet with aioli, first stir a marinade of 1 tablespoon olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, pepper from the mill and a finely chopped garlic clove. Finely chop rosemary twigs and add. Put the fillet of pork in it. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan. Brown the pork fillet all around, switch to medium heat and fry for another 12 to 15 minutes. Before slicing, wrap the fillet in aluminium foil and let it rest for a short time. Meanwhile, prepare aioli. To reduce the calorie content of the aioli, mix the mayonnaise with the soured milk and salt. Press two garlic cloves through the garlic press and stir in. Drain the artichoke bottoms and fill with carrot salad from the glass. Cut pork fillet into slices and serve with aioli with the artichoke bottoms.
