140 g Corn Flour
120 g Wheat Flour
0,5 packet Back Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 Organic egg
3 tbsp Maize Germ Oil
0,2 l Milk
6 Bock Sausage
450 g French fries Potatoes
3 tbsp Ketchup

American Corn Dog are like small hot dogs, for which short sausages are fried in a dough coat. For the batter, mix fine corn flour with wheat flour, baking powder, a level teaspoon of salt and sugar. In a second bowl mix eggs with corn oil and milk, add to the flour and stir in with a whisk. Dry small Bock sausages from the glass between kitchen paper and stick them on wooden skewers. Heat the frying fat to 185°. American corn dog is best fried without a basket. Dip the Bock sausages into the baking dough and place in the frying fat with a twisting motion. Do not fry more than 2 or 3 American Corn Dog at a time. After 3 to 5 minutes, drain on kitchen paper and keep warm in the oven at 80°. Fry the French fries in portions at the same temperature. Serve American Corn Dog with French fries and ketchup.
