Black Forest kirsch waffles

Black Forest kirsch waffles

120 g Butter
80 g Powder Sugar
2 Eggs
250 g Wheat Flour Type 405
1 tsp Back Powder
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
0,2 l Butter Milk
200 g Glass Cherries
200 g Cherry Jam
3 tbsp Kirsch Water
250 g Cream
30 g Chocolate sprinkles

For Black Forest kirsch waffles stir soft butter, powder sugar and a pinch of salt until creamy. Stir in eggs one at a time. Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa. Alternate with butter and stir in milk. The waffle dough becomes thick and creamy. Black Forest waffles are easy to bake. Lightly grease the waffle iron. Pour 125 g dough into each waffle. Place ready-baked Black Forest cherry waffles on a cake grid. Drain the cherries well from the glass. Warm the jam with Kirsch water, stir until smooth and allow to cool. Whip the cream until stiff. Decorate Black Forest cherry waffles with cream, jam, cherries and chocolate sprinkles.
