Aubergines Fingerfood
Quantity Ingredient
140 g Eggplant
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Rosemary twigs
200 g Goats Fresh cheese
60 g Black olives
2 tbsp Parsley
60 g Bread Chips

Aubergine finger food is very good and easy to prepare. Cut the aubergines into thin slices. Season with salt. Leave to stand for 15 minutes. Dab water with kitchen paper. For the finger food topping, fry aubergines in oil briefly from both sides. Put them side by side on a plate. Finely chop rosemary twigs and garlic. Sauté briefly in the remaining oil. Spread over the eggplants. For decoration of finger food fold the slices. Mix cheese with chopped olives and parsley. Spread chips on the bread. Decorate finger food with two slices of eggplant each.
