Apple pancakes with cinnamon receive a special aroma through roasted almond leaves. For the pancake dough mix flour with 2 teaspoons brown sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir in the milk and let the dough swell for 30 minutes. Add the eggs and mix to a smooth dough. Peel two small apples, cut into thin slices and remove the core with an apple cutter. Heat 10 g butter per pancake in a pan and fry half of the apple slices in it. Pour half of the dough over it, bake at medium temperature until golden brown, turn and finish baking from the other side. Heat the remaining butter with 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, add the almond leaves and fry lightly. Mix the remaining sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Sprinkle apple pancake with cinnamon sugar and almond leaves.
