Bruschetta with guacamole and salmon

For bruschetta with guacamole and salmon cut fresh ciabatta into slices. Toast in a toaster until golden brown. Place the ready-roasted bruschetta on a grid so that it does not become soft. Cut a ripe avocado lengthwise. Detach from the core by turning it. Peel the peel, dice the avocado, drizzle the lime juice over it and crush with a fork until creamy. Season the guacamole with crushed pepper, salt and pressed garlic. Decoratively fold small slices of smoked salmon. Cut the cherry tomatoes into slices. Cut the basil into fine strips.
