Caesar Salad Pizza

Caesar Salad Pizza

Caesar Salad Pizza with chicken is topped after baking. For the pizza dough mix flour with a pinch of salt. Dissolve the fresh yeast in lukewarm water and knead into the flour with 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm place. Preheat the oven to 250° and line a baking tray with baking paper. For the Caesar Salad Sauce, place an egg in boiling water and boil for 1 minute. Beat the egg carefully and use only the egg yolk. Pour the egg yolk and anchovy fillet into a bowl and crush with a fork. Stir in mustard, lemon juice, red wine vinegar and 5 tablespoons olive oil. Season with pepper from the mill, Worcester sauce and garlic. Romana salad clean and pluck into pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Chicken breast fillet in pieces cut and fry in the remaining olive oil. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Do not knead the dough again, but divide into 4 portions, place on the baking tray and press with your hands into oblong flat cakes. Bake the pizza on the middle shelf for 10 minutes. Spread half of the Caesar Salad Sauce on the pizza. Spread salad, cherry tomatoes and chicken on top. Drizzle the rest of the sauce over it. Sprinkle Caesar Salad Pizza with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
