0,5 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Rice vinegar
4 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Sake wine
1 tbsp Brown sugar

0,5 tsp Sambal Oelek Paste
10 g Pickled Sushi Ginger
300 g Rump Steak
1 Onions
40 g Leeks
60 g Carrots
1 Paprika
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
10 g Sesame seeds
80 g Head salad

Yakiniku - Japanese steak is marinated in a homemade spicy Yakiniku sauce. Boil Sushi rice with water, sugar and salt. Allow to swell for 15 minutes at the lowest level. Add vinegar. Allow to cool lukewarm. For the Yakiniku sauce mix soy sauce, sake, sugar, pepper, pressed garlic and Sambal Oelek. Stir 1 tablespoon juice from the pickled ginger into the sauce. For the vegetables, pour 3 tbsp Yakiniku sauce into a bowl. Cut the steak into thin slices. Place in the rest of the sauce. Finely chop the ginger. Cut onions into strips. Cut leeks and carrots into fine slices. Cut the peppers into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Sauté the vegetables vigorously. Deglaze with sauce. Set to medium temperature. Put a lid on it. Cook for 5 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Remove the Japanese steak from the sauce. Sear it well. Sprinkle Japanese steak with sauce. Let it boil down. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place all ingredients in bowls on the table. To the meal Yakiniku - Japanese steak with some Sushi rice and vegetables in salad leaves wrap.
