Cafe de Paris Dip

Cafe de Paris Dip tastes particularly good with grilled steak. For the dip, stir cream cheese, sour cream, tomato paste and cognac until smooth. Crush the anchovies finely with a fork and stir into the dip. Finely dice capers and a mild white onion and stir into the Cafe de Paris Dip. Season with pepper from the mill and a few spritzers of Worcester sauce. Since anchovies are salty enough, further seasoning with salt is not necessary. Finely chop the fresh tarragon and mix with the Cafe de Paris Dip.
