Wedding Potato Salad

Wedding Potato Salad is a light side dish that tastes similar to Waldorf Salad. Boil the firm potatoes in 20 minutes as a coat of potatoes. Drain the potatoes and place in cold water to cool faster. For the salad sauce, stir the salad cream with yoghurt until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Peel the potatoes, cut in half, slice and mix with the salad sauce. Drain celery salad and pineapple pieces well from the tin and add to the potato salad. Peel a small sour apple, cut it into slices and cut the slices again into small slices. Cut leek onions into fine rings. Mix apple and leek onions with the wedding potato salad. Cut cooked ham into strips and fold in. Wedding potato salad shortly before serving with edible flowers and leaves of nasturtium decorate.
