Flamm cake with salmon and leek

5 tbsp Milk
20 g Yeast
0,5 tsp Sugar
250 g Wheat Flour Type 405
0,5 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
1 Organic egg
200 g Cream Fraiche
1 tsp Lemon juice
White Pepper
1 / 1 bunch Dill
150 g Leeks
300 g Salmon

For the Flamm cake with salmon and leek milk warm lukewarm. Dissolve fresh yeast and sugar in the milk and knead with flour, salt, sunflower oil and a medium organic egg. Cover the yeast dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place. Preheat oven to 200°. Halve the dough and roll it out into two long flat cakes. Place the Flamm cake on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Season cream fraiche with lemon juice, white pepper and salt. Chop dill finely, mix with cream fraiche and spread on the flame cake. Cut the leek into fine rings and sprinkle on the flame cake. Cut the salmon into cubes, spread on the leek and place the baking tray on the middle shelf in the oven. Bake Flamm cake with salmon and leek for about 35 minutes.
