Raw vegetable salad with linseed oil dressing

60 g Carrots
40 g Celery
50 g Spitz cabbage
80 g Iceberg Salad
30 g Leek Onions
60 g Lean curd cheese
2 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp Linseed Oil
Pepper & Salt
1 tbsp Parsley

For the spicy raw vegetables salad with linseed oil dressing carrots, celery, pointed cabbage, iceberg salad and leek onions clean and cut into fine strips. Mix the raw salad. For the dressing, mix skimmed curd cheese with milk and linseed oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix raw vegetable salad with linseed oil dressing and leave to stand in the fridge for approx. 1 hour. This allows the aromas to unfold better, the raw vegetable salad becomes softer and draws some juice. Chop the parsley and sprinkle over the raw vegetable salad with linseed oil dressing shortly before serving.
