Apple Plum Grütze

Apple Plum Grütze
Quantity Ingredient
200 g Apple
300 g Plums
0,3 l Water
40 g Sugar
1 tbsp Lemon juice
0,5 Cinnamon stick
20 g Food starch

For apple plums, Grütze first peel and dice apples. Cut plums in half and remove seeds. Put 4 to 5 plums aside. Pour the remaining plums and apple into a pot. Add water, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon stick. Put on a lid and bring to the boil. Reduce temperature. Let the porridge simmer for 5 minutes. Mix starch with a little cold water. Tie grits with it. Cut the remaining plums into small pieces and add to the mixture. Place the apple plum groats in the fridge until serving. The apple plum Grütze still thickens a little bit.
