Avocado Mousse

Avocado Mousse
Quantity Ingredient
10 leaf Gelatine
4 Avocado
4 tbsp Lime juice
0,25 l Coconut milk
Pepper & Salt
2 Chilli pod
0,25 l Cream

Avocado mousse lets prepare easy. Soak gelatine in cold water for approx. 10 minutes. Cut the avocado in half, remove the core and peel off the skin. Puree the avocado with lime juice and coconut milk and season with salt and pepper. Remove the seeds from the chilli peppers, cut into small cubes and add to the avocado mousse. Squeeze out the gelatine, heat slightly in a saucepan until it becomes liquid and mix with a few spoons of avocado mousse. Only then stir in the rest of the avocado mousse. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Fill the avocado mousse into a terrine mould with a capacity of approx. 1 litre and cover. Allow the avocado mousse to set in the refrigerator for approx. 3 hours or overnight before slicing. To fall, it is best to place the mould briefly in warm water up to the edge.
