2 tbsp Olive Oil
0,5 Basil
10 g Pine nuts
20 g Fresh Parmesan cheese

Avocado Pesto goes very well with spaghetti and can be easily diluted with some cooking water. The undiluted avocado pesto also tastes good as a dip or bread spread. Peel the avocado, remove the seeds and pour into a mixing bowl for the pesto. Squeeze out the lime. Pour the juice over to the avocado. Add oil, basil, garlic and pine nuts. Puree the pesto until creamy. Season avocado pesto with salt. Stir in finely grated Parmesan cheese.
