Apricot grill sauce for spare ribs
Quantity Ingredient
120 g Apricots a.d. tin
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Green pepper grains
Chili Flakes

Apricot grill sauce for spare ribs is enough for marinating approx. 1 kg of spare ribs. Drain about 120 g apricots from the tin, cut into small cubes and fill into a pot. Add liquid honey, lemon juice and mustard. Peppercorns, chop green finely and season the grill sauce for spare ribs with it. Add chilli flakes and salt and bring the apricot grill sauce to the boil. Reduce the temperature and simmer the apricot grill sauce for about 10 minutes until it thickens. Let the grill sauce cool down and brush the spare ribs with it. Brush the spare ribs shortly before the end of the grill time with the remaining apricot grill sauce and brown until crispy.
