Carrot Noodle Salad
Quantity Ingredient
150 g Fork Spaghetti
80 g Light mayonnaise
80 g Cream Fraiche
8 tbsp Milk
White Pepper
2 tbsp Parsley
2 tbsp Cut leek
200 g Carrots

For the carrot noodle salad fork cook spaghetti. Mix mayonnaise, cream fraiche and milk into a salad sauce and season with white pepper and salt. Finely chop the parsley and chives. From the herbs set aside 1 tablespoon for the decoration of the carrot noodle salad. Mix the remaining herbs with the salad sauce. Cut carrots into Julienne strips or grate coarsely. Pour the pasta into a sieve, rinse with cold water and drain. Mix pasta, carrots and salad sauce. Sprinkle carrot noodle salad with herbs shortly before serving.
