Noodle asparagus salad

Noodle asparagus salad tastes particularly aromatic with fresh asparagus. Peel the asparagus and cut into pieces. Boil water in a saucepan and add a pinch of salt. Add the penne and asparagus and cook for 10 minutes. Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan. Mix pesto with balsamic vinegar and season with pepper. Pour the pasta and asparagus into a sieve, cool with cold water, drain and mix with the vinaigrette. Halve the tomatoes and fold into the noodle salad. Cut the basil into strips and sprinkle the sunflower seeds over the salad. Pluck Parma into pieces and arrange salad on the noodle.
