For couscous salad with tuna, first pour the couscous into a bowl. Bring the stock to the boil briefly. Pour over it. Mix in oil and lemon juice. Let it swell for 5 minutes. Drain tuna. Pluck tuna into small pieces. Mix with the couscous salad. Cut onion, garlic, paprika and tomato into small cubes. Fold into the salad. Clean the celery and cut into fine slices. Mix the celery perennials with the couscous salad. Season with pepper, salt, paprika powder and cumin powder. Cut parsley into strips. Sprinkle over the couscous salad with tuna fish.
