Berlin Potato Salad

Berlin potato salad tastes fresh and slightly spicy. For Berlin potato salad first Pell potatoes cook. Boil egg hard. Cut all cucumbers into thin slices. Finely dice the shallots. Place potatoes and egg in cold water to cool faster. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and mix with cucumber and shallots. For the salad sauce dissolve the egg yolk and crush. Stir in sour cream, butter, milk and Berliner Weisse. Season with mustard, pepper and salt. Cut the egg whites into small cubes and mix in. Berlin potato salad with sauce mix. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
