Zucchini Yoghurt Dip

Zucchini Yoghurt Dip is a small starter that goes very well with Turkish sesame rings or flat bread. Grate the zucchini coarsely and cut a shallot into fine cubes. Fry the courgettes and shallots in olive oil, season with pepper, salt and garlic and pour into a bowl. Chop the hazelnuts coarsely and fry them dry in a pan until the hazelnuts start to smell. Cut the flat parsley into fine strips and mix with the courgette. Stir the Turkish cream yoghurt into the zucchini. Season the dip with salt and cumin. Arrange zucchini yoghurt dip on plates and sprinkle with Pul beaver and hazelnuts.
