Woodruff Strawberry Jam

500 g Strawberries
1 / 2 bunch Woodruff
250 g Gelier sugar 2:1
2 tsp Lemon juice

For the woodruff strawberry jam clean strawberries, cut into cubes and fill into a pot. Add woodruff with stems and mix with gelling sugar. Allow strawberries to infuse with juice for a few minutes. Bring to the boil while stirring. Add lemon juice and cook for 4 minutes. Remove the woodruff from the strawberry jam and lightly crush the jam with a potato masher. Waldmeister strawberry jam hot in cooked jam jars fill. Cover the openings of the jars with a piece of foil and close with a lid. Place the glasses briefly above your head so that the lid tightens firmly. Put the glasses back on the right side to cool down. If you eat 20 g woodruff strawberry jam per portion, that's about 30 kcal.
