Goulash soup with bread

For goulash soup with bread cut beef goulash and pork goulash into small cubes. Cut onions and garlic into fine cubes. Heat butter and lard in a saucepan and fry the goulash well. Reduce the temperature. Add onions and garlic and fry lightly. Season with pepper and salt, pour wine, put a lid on and braise for 60 minutes at medium temperature. Dice peppers, add to goulash with diced tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes. Fill up the soup with stock, boil up briefly and thicken with dark sauce binder. Season goulash soup with marjoram, ground caraway seeds and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Cut Parisian baguette rolls into slices. Serve goulash soup with Parisian baguette rolls.
