Chicken Chop Suey

For Chicken Chop Suey first cut the chicken breast fillet into strips. Mix with sweet soy sauce. Marinate for 30 minutes. Boil rice. For the chop suey, cut broccoli into florets. Blanch broccoli and halved beans in boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into a sieve. Rinse with cold water. Cut the peppers, carrots and cabbage into strips. Rinse soy sprouts. Drain. Cut onions into strips. Finely slice the garlic. Heat oil in a wok. Fry the chicken meat well. Push to the edge. Add vegetables. Sauté briefly. Mix with the chicken meat. Mix salty soy sauce into the chop suey. Add stock. Bring to the boil briefly. Mix a slightly heaped teaspoon of starch with a little cold water. Bind the chop suey. Arrange chicken chop suey with rice.
