Weddings Midnight Snacks

Weddings Midnight Snacks

Weddings at midnight snacks are best served in small jars of 125 ml or plastic cups. For this midnight wedding snack, first heat the olive oil and fry the minced meat vigorously. Pepperoni, pickled in slices cut and briefly roast with. Add the tomato cubes from the tin and season with pepper, salt and chilli powder. I wouldn't highly recommend garlic for a wedding celebration. Boil down the tomato sauce until there is no liquid left and allow to cool. As with layered lettuce, first cut the iceberg lettuce into fine strips and fill into the glasses. Sprinkle with minced meat. For the guacamole avocado fill with lime juice in a bowl and crush with a fork until creamy. Season the guacamole with pepper, salt and chilli powder and fill onto the minced meat. Stir the cream Fraiche until smooth and spread over it. Sprinkle with coarsely grated medium-aged Gouda. Cut the black olives into small cubes. Cut spring onions into fine rings. Cut a pitted tomato into fine cubes, mix with the olives and spring onions and distribute snacks over the midnight weddings. Just before serving, put tortilla chips in the midnight wedding snacks or serve them in a bowl to keep them crispy.
