1 tsp Maize Germ Oil
30 g Wild garlic
Pepper & Salt
100 g Sour cream
0,1 l Cream
2 Eggs
1 tsp Mustard
60 g Middle Ages Gouda

Bärlauch Erdäpfel Potato casserole gets a fine garlic-like aroma from the wild garlic. Peel the potatoes. Cut into thin slices. Put the potatoes in a saucepan. Cover lightly with water. Season with a pinch of salt. Put the lid on. Bring to the boil. Cook at medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Preheat baking oven to 200° C. Grease the casserole form slightly. Chop the peppers, leeks and onions into small pieces. Steam vegetables in oil until soft. Cut the wild garlic into strips and add. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the potatoes. Mix with the vegetables. Fill into the mould. For the icing of potatoes potato casserole sour cream, sweet cream, eggs and mustard mix. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the icing over the bear's garlic potato casserole. Sprinkle with grated gouda. Bärlauch Erdäpfel casserole on the middle rail 15 minutes gratinated.
