Flamm cake flat bread is a simple but very delicious party recipe. For Flamm Cake Flatbread first preheat the oven to 225° C. Cut half a flat bread into short wide strips and slice. Spread each piece thickly with crème fraiche. Season with pepper and nutmeg. Cut the onion into fine slices. Spread over it. Cut the bacon into small strips. Spread flat bread over the flaming cake. Bake the Flamm Cake Flatbread on the middle shelf for 15 minutes until crispy.
