Flamm cake flat bread is a simple but very tasty party recipe. For Flamm Kuchen Fladen bread first preheat the oven to 225°. First cut half a flat of bread into short, wider strips and cut open. Spread each piece of flat bread thickly with Cream Fraiche and season with pepper from the mill and nutmeg. Salt is not required as the bacon already tastes slightly salty. Cut half a vegetable onion into fine slices and spread over the flame cake flat bread. Cut bacon into strips and spread over the flame cake flat bread. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake the Flamm Kuchen Fladen bread for about 15 minutes until crispy.
