Homemade bread spreads taste especially good on hearty farmer bread. Four different bread spreads can be easily prepared from these ingredients. Boil the eggs hard and then place in cold water to cool them more quickly. Mix 60 g cream cheese, 30 g sour cream and 1 tsp mustard and season with freshly ground pepper. Add the diced ham and diced eggs. For the second spread, pour quark into a bowl. Cut Camembert into small cubes, add half and crush with a fork until creamy. Cut an onion into fine cubes and mix in half. Season the spread with paprika powder and pepper from the mill and sprinkle with finely chopped chives. For the third spread, crush the sheep's cheese with a fork and stir in 80 g sour cream. Mix the sheep's cheese with the remaining onions and season with ground pepper, paprika powder and pressed garlic. For the fourth bread spread, mix 120 g cream cheese with 1 teaspoon mustard and a few spritzers of Worcester sauce and season with freshly ground pepper. Mix in the rest of the Camembert. Finely chop the walnuts and mix in. Place bread spreads in the fridge until served, covered.
