Fried sausages go particularly well with mashed potatoes and fried onion rings. So that there is something for every taste, you can prepare different types of sausages together. First prepare the mashed potatoes. For this, peel floury potatoes, cut into small cubes and cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut a slightly larger onion into rings and fry in 10 g margarine until they begin to brown slightly. Remove the onions from the pan and heat the remaining margarine in the pan. Prick coarse Bratwurst several times with a fork and sauté briefly at high temperature. Reduce temperature and add grilled roast sausages. Turn sausages over more often. As soon as the sausages are browned, peel the meat sausage, cut into slices and fry briefly on both sides. Heat the onions again briefly in the pan. Drain the potatoes, add the milk and egg yolk and crush the potatoes with a potato masher. Serve sausages with mashed potatoes and onions.
