3 Cucumber spice
2 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Linseed Oil
1 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp Spice Cucumber Water

1 cans Brat Herring

Pell potatoes with fried herring salad is a rustic potato salad that tastes hearty and is easy to prepare. For the Pell potatoes with fried herring salad first boil the firm potatoes as Pell potatoes in about 20-25 minutes until done. Meanwhile peel an onion, cut into fine cubes and fill into a salad bowl. Roughly dice the gherkins and mix with the onions. Chop the parsley and sprinkle half of it over the onions. For the marinade, mix linseed oil with milk and gherkin water, season with pepper and salt and mix into the salad. Drain the herring from the roast and remove the middle bones. Coarsely dice the roast herring and carefully fold into the salad. Pell potatoes with fried herring salad sprinkled with the remaining parsley.
