Baguette with pork fillet

Baguette with pork fillet

Baguette with pork fillet tastes very juicy and satiates well. Cut off the white skins and visible fat from the pork fillet. Heat the lard in a pan. Brown the pork tenderloin vigorously for 10 minutes until a slightly rosy core is visible in the middle. Season with salt and pepper. Wrap in aluminium foil and let rest for a few minutes. Cut up the baguette rolls. Spread both halves with Remoulade. Spread Romana salad on both halves of the baguette. Cut the pork fillet into thinner slices. Dress on the baguette. Cut the tomato into slices and place on the baguette with the fillet of pork.
