Shrimp roll with cocktail sauce

Shrimp rolls with cocktail sauce can be served warm or cold. Defrost shrimp, rinse and dry between two layers of paper towels. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Sauté shrimp vigorously for a short time. Reduce temperature. Press garlic through garlic press. Add to the shrimp. Season with ground pepper, salt, plucked thyme sprigs and chili flakes. Remove pan from heat. Cut open grain buns. Top bottom bun halves with lollo bionda lettuce. Arrange shrimp and cocktail sauce on top. If desired, place top half of rolls on top of cocktail sauce.
