Casserole with meat

Casserole with meat is a simple hearty casserole that can be prepared very well even in larger quantities. For the casserole with meat salt cook potatoes. Cut the onions into cubes. Heat lard in a pot. Steam onions until translucent, add drained sauerkraut, season with pepper, salt and caraway seeds and braise briefly. Stir in sour cream and mustard. Preheat the oven to 200° C and grease a casserole dish. Drain the potatoes, add the milk and mash with a potato masher. Fill the potato porridge into the casserole dish and spread the sauerkraut over it. Cut the Kassler Salmon meat into slices and place on top of the sauerkraut. Cut pork ends into pieces and spread on the casserole. Sprinkle with grated Gouda cheese and bake the casserole with meat for 20 minutes on the middle shelf.
