These salads are quick and easy to prepare, require only a few ingredients and taste better than ready-made salads. Only one dressing is prepared, which is used for three different salads. For the corn salad, rinse corn with paprika and drain. Cut the red and green peppers into strips and mix with the corn. Cut an onion in half, cut into thin slices and fold in. For the cucumber salad, plane an unpeeled organic cucumber into fine slices and mix with halved cherry tomatoes. Cut spring onions into fine rings and fold in with diced feta. Cut the garlic into very fine cubes and sprinkle over them. For the wax bean salad, pour wax beans into a sieve, rinse, drain and fill into a bowl. Cut an onion into fine cubes and fold in with finely chopped parsley. For the dressing, mix white wine vinegar with corn oil and season with pepper and salt. Spread the dressing over the salads, fold in and let all the salads stand well. The salads can be used as a side dish for grilling or for a cold buffet.
