Cheese spaetzle with zucchini
Quantity Ingredient
250 g Courgette
2 Onions
20 g Butter
Pepper & Salt
2 tbsp Cream
200 g Fresh Spaetzle
100 g Mountain cheese

Cheese Spätzle with zucchini taste particularly hearty with spicy mountain cheese. First rinse the zucchini, rub dry and remove the end pieces. Zucchini, depending on size, may be halved lengthwise and cut into slices. Peel onions and cut into rings. In a frying pan, let out the butter, add the onions and courgettes and fry lightly. Season zucchini with pepper and salt and round off with cream. For the cheese Spätzle with zucchini, pour fresh Spätzle from the refrigerated shelf into boiling salted water and simmer at low temperature for about 1 minute. Meanwhile grate Berg cheese coarsely. Pour the spaetzle into a sieve, but do not quench with cold water so that the cheese melts better. Pour the spaetzle into a bowl and fold in the mountain cheese. Mix the Spätzle cheese with the zucchini and serve immediately.
