1 tsp Linseed Oil
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Lemon juice
30 g Mayonnaise
60 g Sour cream
Pepper & Salt
20 g Hazelnuts
2 tbsp Parsley
2 Grain bread rolls

Bread rolls topped with carrot salad taste hearty and juicy. The carrot salad can be prepared very well. The rolls should only be topped shortly before serving so that they remain crispy. Sandwiches with carrot salad satiate well and taste good not only to vegetarians. For the carrot salad peel carrots, grate finely and fill into a bowl. Carefully mix carrots with linseed oil, honey, lemon juice, mayonnaise and sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Coarsely chop hazelnuts and parsley. Put something aside for decoration. Slice the rolls from the grains and cover them with carrot salad. Sprinkle the topped rolls with carrot salad shortly before serving with hazelnuts and parsley.
