Avocado hummus

Avocado hummus is a delicious variant of classic hummus and is served as a starter. For the Avocado Hummus, first pour chick peas into a sieve and rinse until the water no longer foams. Cut an avocado lengthwise, remove it from the core with a twisting motion and peel off the shell. Coarsely dice the avocado and add the chick peas into a mixing bowl. Grate the peel of an untreated organic lemon very finely and add it to the avocado hummus. Squeeze the juice of the organic lemon and add it to the avocado hummus with olive oil and Tahina sesame paste. Puree the avocado hummus finely with a hand blender and season with salt, ground pink pepper, paprika powder and pressed garlic cloves. Put the avocado hummus in the fridge until serving. Toast Pita Fladen bread in a toaster and serve with avocado hummus.
