Chick Peas Salad

Kicher peas salad is prepared with a hot marinade. As a small starter or side dish the amount of Kicher Peas Salad is enough for 4 portions, as a main course for 2 portions. Pour the chick peas into a sieve and rinse under running water until the water remains clear. Drain the chick peas and put them in a salad bowl. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and mix in. Leek onions clean, in rings cut and over the Kicher peas salad sprinkle. Cut the chilli pepper into rings, remove the hot white seeds and add the chilli pepper. For the marinade, stir olive oil with lemon juice until creamy and season with pepper, salt and cumin cumin. Press the garlic cloves through the garlic press and stir into the marinade. Pour the marinade over the chickpeas salad and mix well. Cut flat parsley into strips and sprinkle over them. Falafel goes well with it.
