Chicken breast with herb sauce

Chicken breast with herb sauce can be served cold or warm. Rinse chicken breast and dry with kitchen paper. For the marinade season corn oil with pepper, salt, paprika powder and a pressed garlic clove. Chicken breast in the marinade turn. Brush a grill pan with a little corn oil and heat. Brown the chicken breast briefly from both sides. Finely chop fresh herbs such as cress, parsley and basil and stir into the sauce. Serve chicken breast with herb sauce and cocktail tomatoes.
