Chicken with Tzatziki Potato Salad

Chicken with Tzatziki Potato Salad is prepared with juicy chicken legs. First preheat the oven to 200°. Rinse chicken legs and dry with kitchen paper. Season corn oil with pepper, salt and paprika powder and brush the chicken legs with it. Place chicken legs on a baking tray and bake on the middle shelf for approx. 45 minutes. Boil the firm potatoes in approx. 20 minutes as a coat of potatoes. Pell potatoes for faster cooling in cold water put, pellen and in slices cut. For the Tzatziki quark, stir olive oil and lemon juice in a salad bowl until smooth and season with pepper, salt and pressed garlic. Finely chop the dill and stir into the Tzatziki. Peel salad cucumber, grate finely, squeeze well and mix with tzatziki. Fold in the potatoes. Serve chicken with tzatziki potato salad on plates and decorate with cocktail tomatoes.
