Snacks should be easy to prepare without much effort. Snacks can be served hot or cold. So that there is something for every taste, one offers different snacks. Season minced meat with pepper, salt and paprika powder, knead. Form small meatballs with slightly moistened hands, fry in 1 tablespoon of oil and let cool. Brown the shrimps in 1 tbsp oil. Peel garlic, cut into fine slices and sauté until light. Season shrimps with chilli flakes, thyme and salt and let cool. As a dip for the shrimps, pour the aioli into a small bowl. Dice Gouda and Berg cheese and garnish with wine grapes on a plate. Arrange shrimps and meatballs next to it.
