Balsamico dressing
Quantity Ingredient
6 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
8 tbsp Olive Oil
Pepper & Salt
2 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp Basil
1 tbsp Parsley

Balsamico dressing tastes particularly good with tomatoes with mozzarella, tomato salad or fresh mixed salad. The Balsamico Dressing keeps fresh in the fridge for 2-3 days. If you want to prepare larger quantities for stock, I would replace the fresh herbs with dried herbs. For the balsamic dressing, stir the dark balsamic vinegar and olive oil until creamy with a whisk. Season the balsamic dressing with pepper and salt and stir in the pressed garlic cloves. Chop the basil and parsley as finely as possible and stir into the balsamic dressing. If the Balsamico Dressing is bottled, the bottles should be shaken again before use, as the fresh herbs sink to the bottom.
