20 g Butter
40 g Iceberg Salad
200 g Blood sausage
2 tsp Mustard
40 g Cucumber salad

Bread rolls with blood sausage taste particularly good with rustic whole grain bread rolls. They can be prepared very well for a cold buffet, because they are longer durable. Spread a thin layer of soft butter over the grain bread rolls and cover each roll with one leaf of iceberg lettuce. Cut the blood sausage into slightly thicker slices and arrange on the bread roll. Decorate sandwiches with blood sausage with mustard and well-drained cucumber salad. The mustard harmonizes particularly well with the hearty blood sausage and makes it more digestible. A cool glass of beer tastes good with it.
