Filet with herb sauce and cabbage salad

For fillet with herb sauce and herb salad tender pork fillet is used. First prepare the herb sauce. Fill cream cheese with herbs in a bowl and stir with milk until smooth. The herb sauce thickens and can later be further diluted as desired. Season the herb sauce with freshly squeezed garlic, ground pepper and salt. Finely chop the chives, parsley and dill, mix with the herb sauce and put in the fridge until serving. Prepare French fries as desired in the deep fryer or in the oven. Fry the fillet in a grill pan. Brush the grill pan with corn oil and heat. Cut the pork tenderloin into slightly thicker slices and fry vigorously on each side for about 1 minute. Reduce the temperature and fry the fillet for another 2 minutes while turning once. Drain the cabbage salad well. Arrange filet with herb sauce and cabbage salad on plates and serve with french fries.
