500 g Quark

Potatoes with quark and linseed oil used to be a typical poor people's food. It is important to use a high-quality linseed oil for the quark that is pressed as coldly as possible so that the linseed oil tastes mild and slightly nutty. Pell potatoes boil. Mix quark with milk and season with salt and pepper. Cut an onion into fine cubes and cut leek into fine rolls. Mix both under the quark. Serve the potatoes with quark and linseed oil and sprinkle with chopped leek.
