Beans soup with minced meat

Bean soup with minced meat is a slightly tied soup that tastes piquant. For the bean soup with minced meat, first clean the green beans, place them in a pot and cover lightly with water. Bring the green beans to the boil once briefly and cook at medium temperature for about 10 minutes until not too soft. Meanwhile cut a red pepper into fine strips. Finely chop the onions, chilli pepper and garlic. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and fry the minced meat vigorously in it. Add the red pepper, onions, chilli pepper and garlic and sauté lightly. Stir in the tomato paste, sprinkle the flour over the minced meat and sauté briefly. Pour in the meat stock and add the tomato cubes and simmer briefly. Drain the green beans and mix in. Season beans soup with minced meat, pepper and salt.
