Albondigas Tapas with Guacamole

1 Chilli pod
0,5 tbsp Paprika pulp
1 tbsp Breadcrumbs flour
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Avocado
1 Lime
250 g Beef minced meat
Pepper from the mill
Paprika powder
1 Shallots Onion
2 Garlic cloves

Albondigas tapas with guacamole get a piquant spiciness from chilli. For the albondigas, first season the minced meat with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Finely chop shallots, 1 garlic clove and 1/2 cored chilli. Mix into the minced meat. Knead in paprika pulp and breadcrumbs flour. Form small minced meat balls for the tapas. Fry the albondigas in oil. Peel an avocado for the guacamole. Crush the flesh with a fork until creamy. Stir in the juice of a lime. Chop 1 garlic clove and 1/2 chilli finely and mix in. Season the guacamole with pepper and salt. Serve Albondigas tapas with guacamole. The tapas can be served hot or cold.
