350 g Wax Beans
1 White Onion
1 tbsp White wine vinegar
1 tbsp Maize Germ Oil
White Pepper
1 tbsp Parsley

Wax beans salad vinegar oil tastes best when prepared in time and has enough time to infuse. Pour wax beans into a sieve. Rinse with water until it stops foaming. For the salad, drain wax beans well. Cut onion into fine cubes. Pour into a salad bowl. For the marinade add vinegar and oil. Season with pepper, salt and finely chopped parsley. Add wax beans. Fold the marinade into the vinegar and oil. Let wax beans salad vinegar oil steep for at least 20 minutes before serving.
