Asparagus salad with egg

500 g Asparagus
10 g Butter
Salt
0,5 tsp Sugar
3 Eggs
30 g Leek Onions
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Mustard
White Pepper
1 tbsp Fresh cress

The special thing about Asparagus Salad with Egg is that it is prepared with fresh asparagus, which makes it very aromatic. Peel the asparagus, cut it into pieces, put it in a pot and cover with water. Add butter, a pinch of salt and sugar. Bring to the boil briefly. Cook for 10 minutes. Boil the eggs hard. Cut leek onions into fine rings. For the salad dressing mix mayonnaise, milk and mustard. Season with pepper. Cool the eggs in cold water. Peel and slice them. Pour asparagus into a sieve. Rinse with cold water. Drain and mix with the dressing. Mix leek and onions into the salad. Add egg to the salad. Sprinkle with cress.
